Miniature Donkey Foals - the Ultimate "Warm Fuzzies"
Miniature donkeys are among the most adorable creatures,
and miniature donkey foals are the cutest, most adorable of all. While
there is not a "miniature donkey for sale" sign on every mini
donkey foal, we thought you would enjoy seeing them all.
These miniature donkey foals are the result of thoughtful breeding of
our quality, registered miniature donkey jacks and jennets. In order to
produce miniature donkeys of the highest quality, each mating is carefully
planned to strengthen the characteristics of the parents. If you have
specific interest in a particular miniature donkey foal on the way or
one on this page, please let us know. We invite you to visit our donkey
brood jennet page where we list which jennet is bred to which jack and
the approximate due date.

A friend
walked into the barn to join me right as he was born, watched him be
born, and said "I'm going to call him Thurston, because he's born on
a Thursday." Actually, the name suits him well, he is very straight,
elegant, and proper, a regular little gentleman. Love the no light points
look! Thurston has now been gelded and he is being offered for sale.

page for more information.

We
could hardly touch him for the first week, he was so busy racing around
the stall and paddock. This jack leapt joyously at about 1 hour old,
and reveled in his freedom to move! Super friendly, and so very straight.
He has the cute looks, very nice head, and willing personality that
Fiftyfire gives his foals. And as the saying goes, he is "all boy".

This
little jack reminds us of his sire everytime we look at him, so we have
named him Shining Black Knight. He has the glossy blue black coat, and
the white belly that is hard to find with the true black donkeys, but
which looks so wonderful. He is a full brother to Black
Satin that we sold in 2005, and to Black Lace, a jennet we have
kept in our breeding herd.
